Again in Marsa Alam to enjoy the wonderful grounds of the Red Sea, Egypt
The choice to return to Egypt for the second time was dictated primarily by the desire to enjoy the wonderful grounds of the Red Sea. Marsa Alam is the ideal place in which to devote to diving and snorkeling. We stayed at the Kahramana Resort, a unique village, whose style fits the landscape in which it is located and overlooking a pristine coral reef. The reef is 100 m from the beach, you may access through the jetty. However, from the inner side of the reef, then to the beach, you create wonderful natural pools where you can swim. The sea is gently sloped, is crystal clear and very warm. The Kahramana has a long beach, very spacious and well equipped. Beyond the pier is at sea: we had the chance to swim with sea turtles, dolphins and even sharks! We could see the rays, many butterfly fish and clown fish. The reef is of exceptional beauty. We were also in Sharm el loly (which literally means the Garden of Allah), a beautiful protected beach where the sea has the characteristic to degrade slowly, as the reef. Really beautiful! In Marsa Alam is worth even go to the beach of Abu Dabab, where the barrier instead of being parallel to the shore, opens as the mouth of a river and you can go snorkeling right from shore. Here is the chance to admire the famous Dugong, marine mammal is now extinct, turtles and sharks of different types. Marsa Alam is a fantastic place where you have the opportunity to enjoy nature as it is!
