From Vicenza to the sun of Watamu.. Our trip to the magnificent Kenya

We just got back from Kenya for a week and already you hear the famous "mal d'Africa", is indescribable desire to return to visit a land full of charm, excitement and magic atmospheres.
Our trip lasted 15 days, we stayed at the Twiga Beach Resort NOW where fine dining and entertainment soft guaranteed a relaxing, only negative is the 1 / 2 hour dirt road to reach the resort of Malindi, by all accounts, the worst "road" (if you can define that ...).

During the Voi Wildlife Safari Village, we had the good fortune of Consciousness Tour Lali. We were immediately impressed by his great willingness, his sense of responsibility and its recommendations aimed at making our trips to perfect.

We relied on him for the Blue Safari, a visit to Malindi, to local villages and Marafa Canyon. Banco treated us like a VIP, pampered our every need and making us taste the real Kenya, away from traditional tourist destinations.

We felt a deep sense of sadness in seeing the daily living conditions of some villages, in stark contrast to the well-being, abundance, and superfluous pomp to which we are accustomed to, both in Italy and in the villages.

Tour guided us with a unique insight to know the customs and culture of the local people and to give a moment of happiness to children along the route.

To all those who want to visit Kenya, we recommend contacting and booking is required for any residence that safari is certainly an experienced guide and not a makeshift beach boys.
