Finally after fatigue for the preparations of our marriage, I (Annalisa) and R (Roberto) we are ready to leave for the honeymoon! Destination Seychelles and PRASLIN more precisely. We start the trip from Bologna, the city with a stopover in Paris where we take Air Seychelles that brings us to Mahé, the main island, from where a small plane being transported to PRASLIN in 20min, but not stopped because of our arrival we expect a that bus 20 minutes after arriving at the port (called a jetty), where there awaits a speedboat finally directed to our hotel: the New Emerald Cove.
Clearly, then the hotel is accessible only by boat and 10 minutes from Baie Ste Anne. The hotel is located in Anse La Farine, in the east of PRASLIN and is a wonderful place, it's like being on a private island where you have access only to hotel guests.
The bungalows are spacious and surrounded by greenery. Squares are bungalows that house about 4 housing. There is a restaurant, from the construction that offers French cuisine and traditional fish-based and meat. The kitchen is very good and staff friendly. The owner is an Italian and then for those who do not speak French, here there are no language problems. The beaches are the indescribable, incredible colors and have all of those views are to PRASLIN for me the most beautiful.
There is also a swimming pool that we used was not particularly because a sea is not there ... it seemed the case in the pool ... then we go when we are in Bologna, is not it Ro!
PRASLIN
Second island of the Seychelles (11 kilometers per 4) after Mahè. It is located 36 km from Mahé and 6 km from LA DIGUE. The main attraction of the Vallée de Mai, the only place in the world which grows spontaneously in the coco de mer.La forest is south-east and is open every day. You can choose different paths to be done on foot. The trails are well kept and very large palms of coco de mer provide a barrier to the sun's rays. The peculiarity of the fruits of these plants is that reproduce the form that male and female .... Try to imagine! Crazy! A legend tells that the palms of the Coco de Mer encountered in stormy nights and the human beings is forbidden to attend these meetings amorous!
The beaches are lots to see and all very beautiful. Council Cote d'Or to the west of a white beach and is ideal for bathrooms. Famous beach Anse Lazio ideal for snorkelling to visit from October to June in the remaining months because the trade winds push to shore algae.
To turn the island you can rent a car, there are several car rental companies but we preferred to use the bus to feel part of this wonderful island. We need to arm themselves for a little 'patience and have no hurry because the bus schedules have not come from us, the driver passes when he finished making 4 to chat bar! But it is a fun! Carina beach Anse Volbert on which stands the Hotel Paradise Sun on which we spent a relaxing afternoon taking advantage of the hotel bar on the beach and open to all.
Another interesting visit is the island of Curieuse. It 'a beautiful and green with these huge trees that Orlan Takamaka beaches. The island is inhabited only by the family of guardiano.La peculiarities of the Curieuse Marine National Park in which they are reared and protected by hundreds of tartarughe.Ne attendant can see just born and even centuries. They are beautiful and you are caressing. Council to take a stroll to the island and see the rocks on the sea in the shape of fish, turtles and face. Very fascinating. Clearly can not miss a swim in the limpid waters of Curieuse.
Another excursion that we have attended is that the island of Syster. A charming island with 2 beaches belle.La very first, which is one on which you download the boat is ideal for snorkelling as the reef was very close and you can see some very beautiful fish. To go to the second beach we pass through a garden green with an incredible beauty and walking barefoot on grass in free morbida.Le granite boulders and palm trees in this park surrounded the environment and then give way to a beautiful and wild beach which have been shot several scenes of the film's most famous. The sea is quite rough because it is not protected by the barrier, but swimming in the midst of these waves is very fun and come back for a few hours children like us! On returning we saw the island of Coco that can be reached only by swimming because not damage the coral is not allowed the boats to dock. The sight of this island will remain imprinted in the mind for long. E 'a concentration of rocks and clumps of palm trees, all surrounded by the extraordinary color crystal waters of the Indian Ocean. The reef around all'isolotto is of extraordinary beauty and colors of fish unbelievable.

LA DIGUE
Bellissimo ricordo de LA DIGUE .... Fourth-largest island of the Seychelles. We've visited during the day from PRASLIN. We went to the port and we took a boat in about 30 minutes took us to LA DIGUE. Even when we understood that it was a magical place. Calm reigns absolute and it seems that time has stopped here hundreds of years fa.Sull 'island moving machinery (except some say used to transport goods but we have not seen) and local transport or bicycles are being hired the port or the traditional cart pulled by oxen. We opted for the bike and sweat shirts 7 because there was a much more sultry heat that PRASLIN. E 'was still very relaxed and natural way and we had to decide when and where to stop. We saw the splendid Anse Source d'Argent, which is characterized by huge granite blocks that are in equilibrium with each other and seem exploded on the beach. The most beautiful place I have ever seen. I spent some time in a bath and a po 'di relax on the beach to take a infinite amount of pictures but despite a fine even makes the idea of the magnificence of this paradiso.Abbiamo visited al'Union an old colonial house where the cultivated vanilla and copra production, the old cemetery at Pointe Cap Barbi where the tombs of the first conquistatori.Può seem gloomy but it is caratteristico.Altre beaches are very beautiful Grand Anse, Petit Anse, Anse la Reunion, Anse Coco. All wonderful. The tour of the bike you can make in about an hour (without stopping time), we have placed a day! We went looking for something to eat and if they do not go in restaurants or in hotel, the choices are limited ... .. as always, to the contrary Bastian situation we opted for a shop selling sandwiches with tuna and eggs from yellowed sun and visited by some fly but to our great surprise they were not good and we have created no problem! We had to try this! We did some 'shopping in the shops of LA DIGUE and found good things to affordable, especially in the convenience store near the port which sold fantastic legno.Non turtles have survived and we bought one that now has a place d' honor on the wall of our house and every time you throw your eye on our turtle, remember this beautiful day in LA DIGUE and unforgettable honeymoon that we had the good fortune to live.
