Happy New Year in Cape Town!! South Africa travel experience

The team is always the same, I am Tommy and Champ ...... 3 dell'Avemaria!
Destination CAPE TOWN, we have talked a great good, then it is summer NANNY'....... us as a happy easter !!!!!!
One reason we booked the last and we were afraid of not finding more 'place, the travel agencies we fired absurd price for the flight, but then found myself on a flight on Expedia with the Olympic Johannesburg, via a single atene 1100 euro !!!!! Booked the intercontinental flight was only the domestic market and to save money we opted for a low cost of Africa (to fear) the 1time.co.za to CAPE TOWN.
Also taken with Expedia hotel, Hotel St. Jeorge 4 stars in the City Bowl with economic price (50 euros per room night including breakfast).
It will go hand !!!!! The flight is long but it's all very well and the low cost so much feared is a cool!
We arrive late in the evening and here before ...... no surprise there are more machines available .... it is all leased new year !!!!!
AVIS desperate to go to reception and meeting a very black kind that when we understand that the Italians asked me What my football team .... and thanks to the magic JUVE check a car and still available ...... go !!!!!!!!! Thanks DEL PIERO !!!!!!!
Just arrived at the hotel (from fear skyscraper) leave to go on foot to the much famous Water Front ...... ......... disappointment that no one around ..... just the three of us tired and hungry ..... the road is long .... too .... we wanted the car, but ..... finally arrived late and there is few people even them ', and more ... ... IS COLD !!!!!!
We start to look among ourselves and undecided whether to laugh or cry opt for a big laugh, we eat something we return to flight and hotel in taxy, tomorrow will definitely better!
In fact the next day there's a wonderful sun and the city bustles with life ..... NOT EVIL !!!!!!!
Heartened we decide to go immediately in search of the beaches!
The coast outside the city is a spectacle! Arid mountains that are thrown into the sea and under the magnificent white beaches road .... AND GO !!!!!!!!!!!
We find a wonderful beach in the midst of the volcanic rocks are only diove us ........ the sun does not seem overly strong, I and Thomas opt for a low (4) while the Champ disapproves and puts the 20 .. ... morality in the evening I and Thomas are burned and the type lobsters Champ has a beautiful color ........ women are always right on certain things ........
The second day we decide to go up on Table Mountain, starting in the morning around 10 and arrived in the cable car that takes you on top of us have been 2KM of people queued !!!!! Crazy, reject and decide to opt for the beach to Sandy Bay ...... beautiful !!!!!
The third day we decide to make the trip to Cape of Good Hope, about 300 KM between return, beautiful !!!!!
Stops at various villages and visit the beach of the Penguins !!!!!! Are small and stinking, but they die from laughter and tenderness are!
Arrived on the Cape we opt for the funicular to the climb (steep and long) and once you show that you will open the eyes is unforgettable: the 2 oceans collide, strong wind, and offshore whales spraying water ....... a place where you really make the power of wild nature and smallness of man in front of such a force !!!!!!
Suddenly change the start time and a deluge of ...... race to the car, we get wet ... but overjoyed entertainment!
The return journey is equally beautiful, we opt for the road even if it's a little 'longer and the choice is very apt! Beautiful landscapes, difficult to describe the diversity of the coast, steps from the mountains to the sea, the beaches where wild pulls a crazy wind and sea currents describe dark colors in the sea, the beaches crowded with people with calm and crystal clear sea.
One thing surprised us: the sea is frozen !!!!!!! Almost impossible to swim out .... frozen .... and then say that it is full of sharks .... I do not have visas, but it's not very relaxing if you are in water.
tThe Our favorite beach was that of Clifton Bay, the number 3, the most "fashion" of the whole CAPE TOWN, small, never crowded and busy especially moooolto well !!!!!!!!!!
A New Year's Eve we go to the Waterfront to see the fireworks, this time imballatissimo is everywhere, but 'is once again a disappointment, no count down, from fires oratory (will lasted 5 minutes in all) and people who do not celebrate noisily as we , but they are all quiet and boring! Only 3 of us doing a horrible and we cagnara tube drained a bottle of champagne that we brought from Italy.
Disappointed and upset by the people we take our car with the windows down and music tech ball we put ourselves in the tail ...... we all look like we were crazy ..... who cares if it is new year! !!!!!!!
Let's go to the disco until 4 am and we gave them crazy dances and screams (we were drunk )..... fear from the end was a nice New Year cheer to the past in the face of local mortaccioni!
The days after a series of beaches, restaurants and night clubs, yet we do a visit to the neighborhood of BO KAP, with its colorful houses (which are hiding the slums that we are right behind) and one evening at sunset we return to Table Mountain to climb with the last race to avoid the queues ....... excellent choice, the view is spectacular around sunset, the city in the spark of light and the sun sinks into the sea ...... BELLISSIMO. .... and without a second tail !!!!!
On the last day and we meet a group of our friends in Milan who were oblivious to them .... too funny!
The holiday is over, we are happy, beautiful tanned, relaxed and full of items purchased during a wild day of shopping (we had to drag away the Champ from the shops or bought all !!!!).
In short, a great vacation that advice to all !!!!!
