Trip organized by tour operators (Staff & Co and ZanzibarViaggi).
2650 Euro per flight Catania - Rome - Mombasa - Zanzibar rtn (went with Air Canada, return with BluPanorama), 2-week stay in the village, with safari in Tanzania between 4 days Tarangire, lake Manyara and Ngor Ngor (4 accommodation stars sup village, comfortable structure during the safari).
Prophylaxis for malaria tablets Metakelfin; Italians I met in Zanzibar we have still said it was useless any prophylaxis (they do not take anything), malaria treatment in Africa as a trivial influence and heal in just 3 days (if you care but in Italy there is a chance that you do not heal!). Many instead advised against yellow fever and hepatitis vaccine (my traveling companions have made them both). I recommend you leave quietly carrying only common repellents against mosquitoes.

In summary, for the Italians in Zanzibar, malaria is taken from "nerds" because we want to get sick several bites of infected mosquitoes (the island and the risk is minimal).
