Prague ... magical and mysterious city!
I had been 11 years ago ... (wow how the years fly eh ...!) in fifth trip with the school.
Already localized and once I had been pleasantly charmed by this beautiful city ... not for nothing also call it the Venice of the East no!?!? ...
Well ... the years pass and in my mind there is always this desire to go back ... on my own and with your loved one.
Finally the moment has arrived!
As each of my trip ... I do everything myself: I spend hours and hours on the Internet to print and download more material available.
I find it first of all a terrific offer for the flight: SkyEurope flights from Treviso spending total for 2 persons return EUR 101.00 + EUR 30.00 for the insurance of the luggage (which in any case is not compulsory but being my first plane trip I preferred to do it).

Contenta purchase, proceeds in search of a hotel not too expensive and mostly fairly close to the center.
After a careful selection among the different sites of hotels that are on the internet, do a selection until you find the hotel that does for us:
EuroAgentur Crystal Palace - Hotel 4 stars - Mala Stepanska, 17 - 1399/17 Prague 2.
Now do nothing but look for the best price for the room ...
Accidentally discovered the site www.afferralo.it - ability to pay by prepaid credit card (Visa Electron) - 4 nights accommodation and breakfast for 2 persons total cost Eur 201.00!
The hotel also has its own website: http://euroagenturhotelcrystalpalace.praguehotels.it/hotel.html

With hindsight, I really can ritermi pleased with this hotel:
The location is very good ... the one hand, the hotel is close to Wenceslas Square and from the 'other is near a beautiful park from which you can access the metro B (yellow line) and trams.
Nearby, there is also the "Pizzeria Carlo" - excellent value for money ... a restaurant and pizzeria where you can eat anything ... from Italian cuisine (including pizza) to the typical czech. The staff is friendly and smiling. Beer (StaroPraga) is also excellent for someone like me, is not accustomed to alcohol.
Returning to the hotel: Fully restored and renovated in 2006, the lobby and all common use rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated.
The staff is friendly, welcoming, friendly and willing to answer any requirements.
The Breakfast Room is decorated with warm colors that create a very family atmosphere, in addition the ceiling is made of glass and then you can see the sky. Breakfast time is from 07.00 to 10.00 and thus allow to accommodate both early risers, the riser. The food is varied and good. They are mini-croissants orange juice ... eggs sausage breakfast buffet for all tastes.
The room that we have been given (No. 203) was very pleasant; wardrobe, coordinated bedspreads and curtains, a nice plasma monitor 32 "inches (satellite channels), the comfortable bed, a nice desk with chair design the itinerary of the day, albeit small bathroom very nice and well exploited: shower - hair dryer - soap and bath foam container.
Towels are changed daily and the staff does not disturb the peace and privacy.
If I had to return to Prague, definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it highly to everyone.

The city ... well what about ... extraordinarily fantiastica, majestic and beautiful!
We shot in far and wide .. whole walk ... fact I'm afraid to take account of the facts km ...
We arrived on Friday afternoon ... and as always the first day of setting ... must understand where you are as you can see the city and all the rest.

On Saturday, after a hearty breakfast, we start ns. route stroll to Wenceslas Square (which is actually more than a square is a course about 1 km) - near a shopping area full of shops and local people who ask us if we want to change money and if we want / smoke marijuana ... clearly avoid them! There is however no danger because there are cops everywhere and if you happen to run into outs (which are many) there is nothing to fear because they do not disturb and stand for them. Continue the ns. way to the Powder Tower and the National Theater until you reach the square of the astronomical clock and head towards the Charles Bridge.
Well ... do not know where to look first and what to see first ... all the houses and buildings are tall and majestic .. in SITL Baroque and Art Nouveau.
Arrived on the Charles Bridge (500 meters long) we come across the statue of Charles IV and admire the stunning landscape of the city ...
spend much of our deck. time ... because there are many street artists ... artists from artisans to ease local musicians to a lovely lady who played the legendary organ to another who moved a puppet with music and so on ..
reached the end of the bridge turn left down a staircase and immerse ourselves in the island of Kampa ... an immense park that runs along the river ...
We venture out in search of the wall of John Lennon and visit the quiet, peaceful district of Mala Strana area of embassies.
Tired but satisfied we go back and make a break with lots of mega cappuccino and slice of cake to shoot a bit of strength. Shower in the hotel and off out again for dinner.

On the Internet I found some good reviews on the restaurant "U Glaubicu" near the Charles Bridge.
We ask, therefore, confirms the very kind recepsionista hotel and depart in search of our starving. refreshment.
We find it immediately - the first impression is positive - friendly atmosphere and clean, staff smiling and polite.
Order (shorter is translated into Italian and the prices are both in crowns and in euros):
aperivio Czech (Beverovska) - Czech goulash with bread dumplings (made with bread and potato ... very good but far from light!) - Prague's best beer and strudel at home! Good price: approximately EUR 25.00 for two!
Restaurant website: http://www.restaurant-uglaubicu.cz/ - Malostranské namesti 266 / 5 - 118 00 Praha 1 - Malá Strana
Abundantly satisfied we returned to the hotel to rest and admire the beautiful landscape of the Charles Bridge dominated by the castle lit up beautifully.

Sunday: The itinerary includes the Jewish Quarter and the castle!
First we visit the synagogue and the Jewish cemetery (ticket price = 300 kroner each approximately EUR 12.00)
We follow the path of the cemetery ... inevitable pause to look at all those graves and think how many victims there were ...
Exit, continue towards the castle (on foot).
At the top, and as usual, doing the classic photos with the guards of the castle ... witness the fascinating change of guard in the castle and enter the first, second and third court ...
The day draws to an end (that is to visit the castle well it takes more than half a day) and continue towards the restaurant "U Glaubicu" .. now tested.

On Monday, the last day we take the tour there very calmly, we return to visit places that most impressed us and we go to flea markets and shops looking for some souvenirs. We also seek the Dancing House to make some memories in this weird building.

Wake up to 06.00 on Tuesday quick breakfast and off with metro and tram to the airport.

Final Thoughts: wonderful journey ... we used very well throughout
