India has a population of one billion people and has turned a country of contrasts, where history and tradition coexist with this dynamic.
E 'second only to the United States in information technology, yet the families respect the traditions, with elaborate tasting recipes prepared at home rather than eat something at a fast-food.
The territory of the subcontinent, extremely diverse, made up of rivers, fields, forests, mountains and deserts, is shaped like a huge diamond.
The local currency is the rupee, whose exchange rate is € 1 = 58 rupees.
We sent in the great capital of India: Delhi. It is the main access point to the country of departure to visit the so-called "Golden Triangle", which preserves some of the greatest treasures of India. The history of Delhi, the present capital of the largest democracy in the world, dates back to over 3000 years ago. For seven times Delhi fighting for its survival, and each ruling dynasty left behind a unique cultural and architectural heritage, expressed in the markets and temples, palaces and fortresses, monuments and funeral towers.
We leave the airport and immediately notice a big difference between the way we live and the reality of New Delhi.
