Hello,
Luca and Silvia us this year we have chosen India as a destination for our vacation.
The problem was how to find the information useful in deciding the type of travel and places to see, then do not remember how, "caught" the site of Franco and Kristin, www.viagginasia.com .... Great discovery!
In a few days we plan the tour and go ..... from 8 October to 1 November.
We arrive in Delhi in the middle of the night and immediately go into a hotel, the beautiful morning ride to the city with the Friday Mosque and Qutb Minar. At about 18 we have a train to Benares, with second-class berth and AC ..... nightmare! It is not just the classic Indian train load of people but it is crowded with people and as a cleaning sucks. Panic and call Kristin and Franco (who seek to reassure eh?) But one can not help but accept the fate! Night nightmare but all passes and then ...... Benares come very soon and finally look like India ce l'imagine! Colors fabulous people and quiet (so to speak!). The dawn after we make the around the Ganges and is a great emotion, we must see with their eyes even if insonnoliti.
And from here begins our love for India, also major contradictions contradictory emotions some times want to escape, however, the moment after, would you live? Example is the turn of Rajhastan. How to forget Jaipur, Jodhpur, Pushkar and Udaipur ....... Fabulous! Even one day to the capital of Punjab Amritsar (a lot of Sikhs) by the Golden Temple is beautiful and unmissable!
Perhaps helped by an organization, with car and driver, on time flights and guides as well to that.
Furthermore, the continued support of telephone and Kristin Franco always ready to advise and comfort ". Moreover India is the nerve and make it free standing on the spot is "mooolto difficult, at least the first time.
Them spend the last days in the mountains to Dharamsala and McLeod Ganji nell 'Himachal Pradesh vabbè them ..... and there are Buddhist monks and the Dalai Lama ..... other emotions (even if the Dalai Lama did not see). Franco know in person finally.
We could dwell on situations and moods special but better (I recommend) to go and live the experience.
