If in addition to Japan want to know more about other countries that we visited at:

as well as valuable tips, beautiful pictures will take you through new cultures ...

Tokyo (Khassan Guest House / Taito Ryokan) and an incredible city full of contrasts, from the most advanced technology to deeper meditation, the trendiest of trendy teenagers to the beautiful and traditional kimono .. and this is just a taste.
Main stages:
- Fish market is held every morning at 6:00
- Ginza: elegant neighborhood where there are the elegant shops of the major brands within walking distance of the Imperial Palace and the famous theater Kabuky.
- Ueno and Asakusa: the most classic and traditional
- Shinjuku: the excellent busiest district of Tokyo. The evening is a celebration of lights and neon colors, clubs, restaurants and thousands of people around. There is the "Metropolitan Government", designed by Kenzo Tange, a very special building where architecture, rising to 40th floor you can enjoy the panoramic view of Tokyo for free while enjoying a good cup of tea
- Harajuku and Shibuya: neighborhoods young, full of super trendy shops that offer the chance to see the goth kids just outside the metro station of Harajuku in Takeshita street
- Tokyo Bay: ultra modern district which can be visited by a monorail, to be taken entirely at the sunset where the reflections of the sun rose in the bay and are reflected in the windows of huge skyscrapers
- Roppongi: for the entertainment district for foreigners

Takamatsu: intermediate step to Kochi, comes as many Japanese citizens, a gallery full of shops of various kinds is its center. Remarkable is the garden instead Ritsurin-Koen, one of the most beautiful in the country. It offers the classic view of Japanese garden with tea houses, bridges and islets that make it a serene and peaceful

Kotohira: interesting place to visit the shrine Kompira San, with its more than 1368 steps to the top of the mountain where the temple is located. Although the path is a little 'long and tiring, it's quite pleasant thanks to the visit of the temples along the route itself and the presence of tree-lined paths

Kochi (Los Hotel): 10 and 11 August are the dates of great interest to immerse themselves in the traditional festival of Yosakoi - Matsuri, where more than 20,000 dancers parade through the streets of the city to the tune of traditional Japanese music. In addition to Kochi, you can participate in whale watching, hiking very funny half-day where you have the chance to see the giants of the sea.

Himeji (Toyoko Inn Hotel): as the Japanese trains allow you to easily and quickly reach the various places in the country, it's worth a stop in Himeji-jo castle visible in one of the few original structure

Kyoto (K's House Kyoto overnight strongly recommended): with Nara, is the main goal of the Kansai region. Kyoto, the imperial capital between 794 and 1868, is considered the cultural heart of Japan with more than 2000 temples and shrines, tea houses inhabited by the ancient female figures of the geisha, women of exquisite refinement that entertain wealthy gentlemen. Reflects what may be the image of traditional Japan in western populations. On 16 August on five hills are lit bonfires to celebrate the final farewell to the souls of the ancestors - Daimon-ji Yaki

Nara: Even before the Kyoto Nara was to play the role of the imperial capital. It too has many places to visit the most important, the Nara-Koen in the month of August (16) on the occasion of the celebration of the ancestors is littered with thousands of lanterns that give the eye of the hard to see a show forget

Hiroshima (Minshuku Ikedaia - not recommended): chaotic city, modern and sadly remembered for the explosion of the atomic bomb on August 6, 1945. Only destination of interest, the Peace Memorial Park, which attracts visitors from around the world and A-Bomb Dome once the home of the Industrial Promotion Hall, the only building a symbol of the devastation that hit the city

Miajima: easily reached from Hiroshima (1 hour between train and ferry) the island is full of shrines and temples. Famous for the floating torii (entrance to the Shinto shrine), ranked as one of the three most beautiful landscapes in the country

Kurashiky: always thanks to the fantastic Japanese trains you can think of to make a quick trip to this small town whose main feature is a small quaint neighborhood made up of buildings arranged along a channel where you pour the flowing hair of the many weeping willows. In feudal times such stores were used to store rice transported by boat from the surrounding countryside

Beppu (Beppu Youth Hostel - so-so) in the Kyushu region, the area is famous for the many onsen gunny ken, among the most important city of Beppu. Pleasant escape Center offers pretty much nothing if not many spas where you can indulge in a relaxing respite at the end of the journey. Warning do not need a costume. It goes strictly only naked, even in the restrooms for men and women. Good practice and bring a towel to cover her private parts while moving from one area to another.
For dinner we recommend a good restaurant in the resort of Beppu. Excellent Tempura Udon.
At about 40 km from Beppu (train and bus), you can hike to the town of Usuky, where there is a collection of statues of the Buddha. In a ravine where they can see more than 60
