Half-priced heaven
After the first eight months happy with my girlfriend Veronica, I wanted to crown our relationship with a dream trip and ... what better destination for a couple: Maldives!
In fact everything was a bit sudden, late April, it was time to staccarte the plug a bit and I had in my drawer a Stand-By card.
Expectations for a trip to be done in two for the price of one was not much that I would have satisfied even the very least but, once connected to the site ..... what i read in my eyes: Destination Maldives! I do not remember most of what neranche other destinations as I was excited by the idea of reaching paradise in the middle of the Indian Ocean. I race to pick up the phone, hello, Veronica, though .... 4 days of leave for the Maldives we're ?........ What ???.... You are signed !.... Mah I do not know .... but .... Eh ....
Was made, booking and flying a few days later we were on board.
The arrival at Malé is unforgettable to say the least, for those who like me had never seen paradise atolls and islands as the Maldives, what you see the plane has a particular effect, indescribable, it's a dream with open eyes see the sea dotted with small green spots surrounded by a turquoise lagoon.
Once in the ground with the plane, but still in flight to the euphoria of the moment, we moved to our island with 3 hours of launch. Ii journey was much shorter, and perhaps more spectacular, with the seaplane, but just distracted looking around that time flies.
Our speedboat was slowing in the direction of a pier that went on a beach to the sea, the sun was high noon, we were unknowingly arrived at Diffushi Island.
The strength of the colors that nature was giving us were hypnotized me, in retrospect, the arrival on our island Maldivian is one of those moments that I have better still imprinted in the mind.
It would be superfluous to describe the days spent in a totally relaxed about this earthly paradise; between excursions, we have chosen a morning on the desert island of Huruelhi, idimenticabile beach, beautiful turquoise lagoon and coral reef. Afternoon on Fenfushi for a visit to a typical fishing village and shopping in traditional stores.
A particular case of the underwater world, where what you can see on the surface is great, the world we live soitt'acqua is enchanting. Right here in the Maldives, with the subsequent trip to Egypt, I began to cultivate the passion pe diving. Everything is born and the outputs for snorkelling and this activity was completely new to me and at the beginning I did not know precisely what I found plunging with fins, mask and a mini life jacket at sea. The surprise was great, being a surface of it was surrounded by clouds of multicolored fish and looking well off who knows what was waiting for! In fact, during the transfer to another point for snorkeling stops the gifts and guidance SQUALO WHALE .... ..... who .... what .... is ..... dangerous machinery, all at sea, underwater head e. .... that emotion, what they were looking at my eyes, a Pescioni 8 / 9 MT. For 10-15 minutes it was noted then calmly took off. I, as a true novice, I had not even realized that I had luck at that time but the sight of this gigantic animal emotion was very strong.
A few years later I can say that the Maldives, although in some cases are over-exploited by tourism, still may give glimpses of nature, and if left inside images only.
Unforgettable: The sky of Maldives; day emanates a blinding light, the evening offers the pù beautiful sunsets and night ..... how many stars in total darkness.
