Un consiglio è sempre viaggiare leggeri con il minimo indispensabile, e portarsi sempre solo un bagaglio a mano. Nell'isola ci sono tantissimi negozi con costumi, tshirt, camicie floreali ecc, molto belle.Visti i prezzi convenienti dei costumi e la bellezza di essi vi consiglio di comprarli qui e di farvi una scorta per l'estate.
Il trasferimento da Manila a Boracay è indolore e richiede 1 ora e 10 minuti circa, l'aereo a seconda della compagnia scelta può essere un turboelica a 11 o 40 posti. Fly Sea Air ha introdotto recentemente un Turbo Jet che impiega 35 minuti agli stessi prezzi e tariffe.
Arrivati all'aeroporto di Caticlan situato nella grande isola del Panay, dobbiamo prendere una barca che ci porta all'isola di Boracay, questo trasferimento costa meno di 1 euro e circa 30 minuti di navigazione.
A seconda dal posto dove si smonta ricordatevi che se è boat station 1 2 3 , dovrete immergervi nell'acqua fino alle ginocchia (per i ragazzi) e per le ragazze, i marinai filippini vi possono portare sulle spalle fino alla spiaggia senza dovervi bagnare.
