A stone's throw from Singapore I could not go there.
Arriving from neighboring Malaysia after an intensive tour in this beautiful country and the desire to return to Singapore after 9 years is a lot that I do not miss the opportunity.
Singapore one of the most modern cities in the world and one of the first technologically.
An ultra-modern city with traces of the past Victorian times, shopping and huge multi-center, a flood of people and large-displacement cars are the first approach.
Arrive late afternoon at a SHERANTON TOWERS cooled off and now to discover this metropolis.
9 years have passed my first time in Singapore, the thrill to find myself here is very strong.
I try to retrace the same routes but confuses me here is all very new and different seems a different place around the corner but I look up and see the famous skyscrapers that characterize the city of Singapore.
At night the center was inspired by many people, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors super crowded but the wonder and extraordinary structures in the shape of octopus that intrigues me.
In the most frequented streets full of local shops and you find these curious mushroom shaped exceeding octopus with long tentacles that stretch down and behind the benches and planters filled with orchids.
Futuristic structures with bright colors and lights, seem at first sight only the sculptures but in fact are the technological innovation in this country, are used to shelter from rain during the monsoon period and fitted with solar panels convert solar energy into electricity to create unique effects of light and emit mostly cold air along the way so that the moisture in this country is better bearable short of air conditioners air.
An ingenuity that leaves without words, and that shows how technological and futuristic this country.
Here the night never ends, fun is ongoing.
The next day I visit one of the greatest centers of production and cultivation of orchids in the world.
Not enough words to describe the beauty of what I see before my eyes.
The orchid is the national flower of Singapore.
The multitude of varieties and colors are of unique beauty.
Near the center of cultivation there is a botanical garden with lots of variety of flowers and plants, and certainly I do not miss this visit.
E 'Singapore changed much, has become even more futuristic than 9 years ago but the old buildings were always well integrated into modernity.
After flowers and plants I decided to take a trip on the boat and get to the port where there is "sing" the statue and half lion half fish, is the symbol of good omen in this city, come down and continue walking and I enjoy throughout the landscape, the sight of grattaceli, indoor stadium, the Raffles Hotel in Victorian style and everything that revolves around this beautiful city.
Council strongly a nice ride in this city, easily combined with nearby destinations, as has happened to me for about 2 times.
Discovering new places to visit each time and admiring the innovative growth of this country.
