DIARY OF BOARD
01-08 Milan-Bangkok (Thai flight)
10-08 Bangkok-Surat Thani (bus)
11-08 Surat Thani-Koh Samui (Ferry)
19-08 Koh Samui-Surat Thani (Ferry)
20-08 Surat Thani-Bangkok (Train)
21-08 Bangkok-Milan (Thai flight)

TRANSPORTATION
The impression is that they can move freely and without too many problems using all means of transport (some less secure than others). The offices for reservations are easy to find and well organized. Never had any problems.
In detail:
The airline: Thai - definitely one of the best that has ever traveled.
The bus: some drivers' too bright but you know, when you are not behind the wheel ...
The train: number one
The ferry: the only weakness. Honestly I cagato him (+ overloaded storm and a real risk of sinking)

ACCOMMODATION
Bangkok: King Hotel (but I do not know if it still exists)
Koh Samui: Matlang Resort. Spectacular

CLIMATE:
Although not recommended by all, the month of August in Thailand to me it seemed more than acceptable. Of course, Bangkok is not Sondalo, and the atmosphere is somewhat '(time), wet, Koh Samui battirone a daily warned us that it was time to leave the beach (every night on time at 19.30), but the time a shower and everything was finished.
