We were left in Hanoi, before taking the bus for the first flight that brought us to Hue. A challenging journey , both for the means of transport used and for the long distance travelled. Our stay was relatively brief but intense. The same morning (after a sleepless night to look absurd positions on bus seats covered in PVC), we went to visit the old city. This is the historic city (declared by UNESCO World Heritage Site) surrounded entirely by imposing a boundary wall. Once entered, we immediately felt the sensation of something already seen ... precisely the question that had prohibited cities visited in our first stop in Beijing. In fact, the difference is more pronounced in the state of conservation of structures. A difference between visited Beijing was this was much less cared, left a little in dismiss (tall grass, ruins piled upon themselves, etc.).. Note positive colors much more marked and lit in the temples, both in plaster external decorations in whole. After a visit of about two hours and a half, strained by burning sun and the lack of sleep, we went looking for something to put under our teeth and then going quickly to take a nap. Suggested by a person of the place we were directed to a typical "restaurant" on the road: to say the least risky. In prey to hunger, we momentarily underextimate visual conditions of food. From there a few minutes our appetite had disappeared, leaving the place to fear. The food seemed cooked at least one week before (and was fish) and served in questionable hygienic conditions. Leaving as soon as we direct local hotel with only one thought on our head: Dysentery, especially given that the following day we were going transfer to another even more challenging place than just elapsed. Our fears have proved unfounded, fortunately, indeed, after a healthy sllep we left in the evening to make two steps and eat something and ... surprise! Filmed angle was presented to our eyes a local apparently not promised miracles, run by an active and super nice lady who has convinced us to get back into play from the intestinal point of view. Our fear of repeating the noon fire is quickly evaporated thanks to foods that our new friend has prepared us, both to stay fully satisfied with the dinner and doubling the next morning with "royal" a breakfast.

And here we are again in our beloved bus to the second place: Nha Trang, one of the most famous Vietnamese beaches. This second trip was to say the least destructive. The duration compared to the previous year is increased by about four hours for a total of sixteen, this is to add the means of transport available to us was much smaller in size than the previous year. Despite all the first four hours were almost pleasant compared to what we were going to encounter. At some point the bus was absolutely totally filled of German tourists who occupied all the seats available and corridors with their luggage. We were crammed like sardines ready to be packed in special containers: a torture difficult to describe. The consequence of this effort was yet another sleepless night (except for the young friend Andrew who can sleep everywhere) to find ourselves, the next morning at Nha Trang. The third goal in Vietnam was entirely devoted to relaxation: a beach not bad, and a huge burning sun. All supported by an excellent hotel and a exquisit restaurant that has given us a parenthesis at the usual local cuisine, where we tasted pasta and pizza at excellent prices, so good that our presence has continued for three consecutive evenings.
