Around mid-February, Olga and I we Decided Among the many destinations and we Decided to spend a wonderful vacanzina in Cuba on an extraordinary range found at a travel agency. On 7 March we boarded the flight from London Fascinating Took us to the Cuban capital. Arriving at the airport waiting for us Our guides and the bus we Arrived in the small tourist village "Club Atlantic" That We Had booked from Italy with the all-inclusive. Staying in a resort was really unusual for me Because prior to this occasion I HAD always avoided. WAS this village located 20 km from Havana and from there a free shuttle service was very convenient to reach the Cuban capital. After the first 4 days Spent relaxing on the beach near the village we Decided to rent a car to visit many places as possible to this wonderful state. The First Day We Had the available car we headed east along a portion of the Atlantic coast of the island. We saw the oil extraction of Santa Cruz, we crossed Matanzas and then make a stop in tourism (but not too much) Vardero peninsula. Left this strip of land we headed east Arriving in the city ruins of Cardenas and we made a stop in the tourist resort is not for nothing Coliseo. Here we HAD parked the car for a spin through the streets, everyone Looked at us like we where aliens ... the atmosphere and similar to Those Were the feelings I experienced in India When walking to places unknown. We stopped at a small shop and for the first time Since we where in Cuba we paid in pesos That is non-convertible currency for tourists ... Not the real currency in Cuba Returned late in the evening at the hotel the next day we left this time with Our pegeuot south. Santa Cruz del Norte through yet here we Diverted Madruga and then subsequently to Cabezas and Nueva Paz. In this way we Offered a ride to a Cuban nurse and Some Guys Who Have Asked To Be Taken By Madruga in Nueva Paz. For Cuban streets many people ask you to ride Than The old truck to transport material is used to transport people ... Too bad I Had the car ... I'd like to try to give me a lift from old media "Some of These ... Among the crowded people ... Who knows maybe it will be for next time. Once in Nueva Paz we Took the autopista No. 1 (the road leading across the Cuban republic) to Great Jagüey from Where We Took a detour to Playa Larga coming Cochinos Bay. Finally we where on the Caribbean Sea! Here we Took a stroll on the beach collecting shells and strange in a kiosk near the sea We have tasted crocodile meat. Fat and Good for Nothing But the opportunity WAS Certainly try. Back on board we headed playa Our pegeuot Gyron stopping in a beautiful place. Difficult to find words to DESCRIBE it. Pristine crystal clear water of the ocean! In late afternoon we Reached the city in memory of Commander Camillo Cienfuegos. We have here a long break walking around the city and eating pizza ... Cuban experience not to be repeated. At about 21:30 we Went About Our car and we Returned To Our Club Atlantic ". 3 hours driving on dark roads Cuban. At 10:00 am on August 13th we where in the car headed to the west. We crossed the Cuban capital For the first stop for a stop in Soroa, famous for ITS orchideario and waterfalls. Soroa notes we left Went to Pinar del Rio, finally ending in the beautiful valley Pinales. Here at The farmer finally Purchased the famous Cuban cigars. 30've paid 5 pesos convertibles. Havana cigar Would cost 2 pesos. ... A bargain really. Then, driving along the roads we're back in the Cuban capital, Where We Spent the evening at the home of music, dancing and drinking delicious Rum.
