Arriving at the French island of St. Martin, with Dorina and a pair known cruise, the symbolic frontier with the Dutch part thanks to a taxi that took us through the hills of the interior in Orient Beach. The border between the two parts is marked by a marble obelisk on the side of the country road. Orient Beach is a bay of white sand with some palms and many tourist facilities on the beach and sea. From here we go with another taxi in the capital of the island's French side, Marigot, where surprise is the small masked during a colorful Caribbean carnival. Short walk in the center of Marigot then taxi to the Dutch side announced by a simple sign. The French side of St. Martin has recently acquired a certain autonomy from Guadeloupe cases still in the overseas department.
