Desistir now had the desire to find white beaches and crystal clear sea and only wanted a little 'rest and quiet since they were two weeks now that vagavamo aimlessly. Also for La Ceiba had the name of a place to sleep and so you will find a taxi there facts lead us to the destination. The place called Amsterdam and a vote had arrived once again the specter of the poultry house of Roatan: this time it was too, we could not sustain more housing conditions similar to those. Luckily it was situated next to another hostel which offered something more like a home in the truest sense of the word, and so we decided it was time to return to a more dignified life. We were about ten meters from the beach to which we devoted a fleeting glimpse as it already knew would not be worthy of note. We trust that the city could offer us something better this is one of the largest in the country ... our expectations this time were disregarded. We found ourselves in adoration and quiet seaside town, just what we wanted to recover dall'odissea we had left behind. La Ceiba, which is famous for its carnival, which unfortunately we have missed a few days, is a pleasant town, alive during the day and pretty calm in the night with some delicious clubs along the road. Not imagine a place in which to madness but more simply a cozy place where it's easy to feel at ease. We spent in this city a couple of days even if we spent more on some more but the time had elapsed. We decided, prey to despair, to anticipate our departure from Honduras for a week and there were still a few days to visit the capital from where we took the plane to Peru.

We left La Ceiba to the capital aboard a tourist bus at about four hours brought us to a destination. In fact, the terminal was in a small town on the outskirts of Tegucigalpa, and given the now the only means of reaching the capital was a taxi. So compartiendo the car with another English tourist we arrived in the city center and we have them to find accommodation. Thanks to a little book in the possession of the companion of our taxi, we found a hostel in the middle of the center and suggested that the price did the job. Sounded a bell, we were greeted by a suspicious gentleman from American strong emphasis that opening an endless series of padlocks made us sit in the lobby. The place was in our case: it was a kind of prison house transenna everywhere from bars of iron that even along the top of the garden: a fortress! Deposited the luggage we went to give a first glimpse at the main square with the intent to take some 'grain. Was not easy so much so that in the end we had to give up and tell our landlord that we could pay only overnight. Fortunately, Johnny's lock (so we called our landlord view its attachment to the locks) was compliant and we have enjoyed an excellent dinner with the little money we had left in his pocket.
We were in the capital for four days spent visiting numerous markets and main streets of the center, the cathedral and the inevitable one of the most important shopping streets of the capital in which we went to spend an evening. As in La Ceiba also our stay in Tegucigalpa was nice re-evaluating our part in the negative impression about this country. Had now acquired the premises in order to leave the Central America and make a big leap to the south Assigned Lima, Peru. Released from prison hostel early in the morning we direct at the International, where we waited on our flight that we have not risked little to lose.

Despite the advance with which we presented at check-in, the red tape of Taca (the company chosen for our flights in Central America) we have retained over the limit for shipment: a scandal! Even when everything seemed to become successful here is suddenly a joke: pay thirty dollars per head to leave the country: that thief!
With the portfolio of other lightened ninety U.S. dollars, we boarded our plane for them recently took the flight at a time in Peru.
