From Montenegro to Greece with the flow in Albania and Macedonia. Via Tirana.
Given that apart from his capital, we have not touched the tourist destinations considered, unfortunately, the impression received was not the best.
Here, unlike other countries, is palpable and the precarious situation of poverty that persists.
The contact with people was limited but certainly there is no cure to anything in their neighborhood.
Dirt and debris are king. Tirana is pretty nasty, and even without having lived it, we have not found anything that was worth seeing. The area to the Macedonian border is green and beautiful but completely untapped. We never felt the feeling of security, the people are friendly and very cooperative and kind the police. An experience to do ... but certainly would not recommend it for the holidays. At least for now ...
