During the morning we visit the caves of Lugrotte Peggau.
They are located in the center of Peggau but also to have an Semriach.
Were discovered on 1 April 1894 by Max Brunello, an Italian speleologist.
In the afternoon, a Stubbling visit all 'Österreichisches Museum Austrian Freilichtmusem or outdoors.
This is a folk museum.
The visit is a pleasant walk in the woods, between the traditional "Rauchstubenhäuser" (houses with hearths in the center of the room).

Our journey continues.
At 9:25 we leave the campsite to settle in Ungerdorf to Neulengbach.
A rural campground, is, in fact, within a farm.
In the afternoon we visit the small village of Neulengbach and his castle.

From the campsite we arrive in Vienna by train and reach the center by subway.
The day is entirely devoted to a tour around the city.
The majesty of the buildings makes you feel like a tiny ant.
Taking photographs is difficult, or you accontenti of a particular perspective or a skewed and bizarre.
Leaving the subway, we have to "Stephandom" in Stephansplatz.
A grandiose construction in Romanesque and Gothic.
Its sloping roof, entirely covered with majolica tiles with the imperial coat of arms, can not pass unnoticed.
A visit to the gardens of the 'Hofburg'.
See, until 1918, the imperial court
Then, a trip to the beautiful flower beds of roses "Volksgarten.
The visit to the "Rathaus" and the ever lap on the famous ferris wheel.

Even today you will visit Vienna.
Our destination is the Castle "Schönbrunn" and its park.
Residence of the Habsburg imperial family.
Castle "Schönbrunn" is a major cultural heritage of Austria.
During the morning visit to some of the rooms of the castle.
The entire afternoon is dedicated to a first demonstration on the preparation of strudel made by a young chef in the restaurant inside the castle, then to a tour for his huge and beautiful park.
We walk over to the various ale of the park up to the "Gloriette," building on top of a hill.
From its terrace one can admire the castle, the garden and the city of Vienna.
Then, finally, a walk in the woods where tiny squirrels, with their long tails, run safely without fear of the presence of visitors.

Departure from the campsite to the town of Melk.
Accommodation at Camp Danau.
In the afternoon visit to the Melk and the town.
The Abbey is built on a spike of rock that dominates the city and is visible even from neighboring countries.
It was founded by Benedictine monks.
Inside of particular interest are the church, garden and library.
From the terrace, as well as the town name below and you can admire the Danube.

We leave the campsite for Danau head to the Lake Region.
The time is uncertain.
Arrive at a beautiful campsite on the lake.
It rains all day and the forecast is not promising.
We learn from a newspaper that the storm caused major damage in various parts of Austria.
Graz was also affected.
In the afternoon, we receive numerous phone calls to family and friends who check on the situation in that the TV news announcing disasters throughout the state.

23/08/2005
We get up early in the morning.
It has rained all night.
Our journey can not continue, forecasts predict more bad weather.
So there we travel with four days in advance, however, aware that they were lucky as the summer of 2005 was certainly not very generous.
