We made a base there Rovinj finding an apartment for rent. For those who do not wish to make only a holiday by the sea but also wants to have a starting point to turn the Istria as we do.
We chose Rovinj as a central all'Istria. Before arriving in town, we stopped to ask if we could get there in a flat area and voilà ... found a 45 euro a night an apartment with two bedrooms, kitchen, etc. ...
