A brief stay in Prague during the 2006 world championships
Prague is a beautiful city, a small Paris. The advice to all, I stayed for 5 nights on an apartment in the city center to modest sum of 10 euros per night. I advise you not to book accommodation and to request information on your arrival or verify the proposals of people who offer you when you arrive by train or plane offers very affordable apartments.
you definitely a bargain.
In general the city is the European average, the restaurants are quite expensive and specialties based on pork (stinco widespread).

プラハには当初行く予定はなかった。
ただミュンヘンから一番近い隣国それと生活費が安い東欧ということで
チェコ・プラハを選びました。
ミュンヘンから鉄道での移動になりましたが列車を一つを間違えたため
かなりの乗り換えの旅になりました。
プラハの駅に着くとお決まりの「宿はおきまりですか？」と声をかけられた。
わたしは渡りに船！と思いましたがアンドレアは慎重な対応でチェコ人ジョージと交
渉していました。
部屋に行き料金一人20ユーロから15ユーロになり私は満足でしたがアンドレアは「5
泊するから」とさらなる割引を要求しました。
ジョージも限界をにおわせたため、日本人のわたしは高い宿泊料になれていることも
あり「15ユーロ安いやん！」で決まりました。
しかし、チェコは決して生活費の安いところではありませんでした。わたしは日本人
として東欧をなめていました。車の接待数では
日本より少ないのですが高級車の割合が日本より多いと感じ、日本人は決して豊かで
ないと認識しました。
プラハではワールドカップの日本戦を観戦し、相手のクロアチアサポーターと互いに
応援しました。
