FROM SKAGEN TO LEGOLAND

 

The final destination

After the dunes began to rain, between one and another Scosche visit the town of Lønstrup.
In the afternoon we finish our journey to the north arriving at SKAGEN.
Overnight accommodation Grenen right on the tip of Jutland.

Going back southwards

We start the day with a walk to the "terminus" in Denmark, over the horizon is Norway.
We complete the visit to a souvenir shop.
Before leaving SKAGEN visited the church covered with sand between the dunes.
In the afternoon we depart for Aalgord, a beautiful city set on a fjord.
The extension of light allows us to visit the town and dine in a characteristic, indeed the whole street is full of typical restaurants, just choose.
For the night we move into camps prorpio the fjord.

Morning and cleaning tasks in the camper.
In the afternoon we take the road to the south, the first step Castle Estrup.
The castle is very beautiful but now closed, we are content to stroll through the gardens.
Take the road, follow the signs with the daisy, a course designed for tourists who have not the slightest hurry us!
In the evening we reach the village of Bønnerup Strand.
Park in the square opposite the port and huge wind turbines.
In the evening the square becomes a mega time in a large lake.
In the morning a little man invites us to pay 80 crowns for the night.

The school ship

After a walk on the beach, left for a frigate EBELTOFT where we visit a museum, complete with mannequins depicting the life of sailors on board.
Lunch and departure for the Danish AARUS.
AARUS has maintained the old featured in the city then integrated with period buildings moved there from all over the peninsula and turned into an open air museum
The modern city also presents examples of historic buildings mixed and decidedly modern buildings.

The RUNAs

In our journey south we stop at JELLING with his church and the burial mounds.
At the entrance of the religious building a stone inscribed with runic alphabet.
In the afternoon we continue the journey that will take us to Legoland.
