Tallinn is the capital of Estonia, its medieval center is the second UNESCO protected in the Baltic countries. The restoration time was excellent in the sense that there is the idea of imitation as almost everywhere in the world. Foreigners are many and well worth going just to Tallinn, if you do not have time to turn Estonia, which however is small and well served by buses. Much more complicated and time consuming is to go on the islands of Saaremaa and Hiiumaa.
Tartu is Estonia's second city but full of students and universities, and cultural center of Estonian nationalism. I thought that Estonians and Finns were almost equal, but the former are less blonde and perhaps the coldest, most do not meet, women are somewhat more affordable. Their languages are related, but Estonia is even more difficult, is the most complicated in Europe. Russian in Estonia is not a taboo as in other countries, including the proximity to St. Petersburg.
