Stop at the Faeroer islands. Trip to the north of Europe
While browsing by Hanstolm in Denmark in Iceland Sejdisfjordur I paused for a couple of days in the archipelago of the Faroe Islands, Danish possession that enjoys broad autonomy. I stayed in a town house situated on a hill outside the center of the Capital Torshaven. The islands are very beautiful with mountains that plunge into the sea. Scarce vegetation almost devoid of trees. The capital is picturesque and has features multicolored houses overlooking the harbor some with roofs of grass. The streets of the main island, traveled with my Fiat Tipo, are all an up and down. The countries have stone houses and some ruins of old buildings collapsed and never rebuilt. A Gjogv fishermen drop their boats at sea by a narrow scalinata.Ho I'll find some very interesting though, beyond the old town that developed around the port, the capital is too modern. Iceland left the archipelago for the ship docked back there again for a technical stop. I was able to review the bridge port of Torshaven
