Enjoying the beauty of Paris in just a weekend.. Trip to France

Four days in Paris to celebrate an anniversary, and discover a city that, for me, it was still an unknown..

 

Arrival

The fly RyanAir us download Paris Beauvais, about 70 km from Paris. But there is a trip quite comfortable. We arrive at the hotel in "The Southern" in the early afternoon, after a quick shower and leave. Before the destination along the Seine from Les Inavlides to Notre Dame. Sun and rain, now and for the rest of the weekend of May 15. That, like every year at our anniversary, we live abroad. The evening dinner at a restaurant in Saint-Germain, then sleep.

Napoleon, where are you??

Many stages, very concentrated in a single day. Montmartre, the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower. Especially Les Invalides, the tomb of Napolenone and everything else. Almost everything else ... because the wing of the museum dedicated to the Grand Army, one of the fundamental reasons behind this trip is closed. Closed the next day, despite the reassurances of a guardian. 800 steps to the tower, luckily with a little 'sunshine. the evening I ate a fondue space.

The Marais

We spend the morning walking to the markets, first in Pigalle, then at the Bastille. Still a bit 'of shopping, especially shoes. Then, taking advantage of a little 'sun, long walks in the Marais. Museums in the afternoon and back room to deposit the purchase before returning for another excellent dinner in the Marais, this time to fish. A bit 'too much rain.

Coming back home

Only rain, only metro, bus and plane home. At Imola, there are 30 degrees, in Paris there were 15. But it is already over, and regret there.
