Five days in the beautiful (but tiring..) capital of France, the famous Paris!

We were still pretty boys can take advantage of student discounts on train tickets.
So, starting from Rome in the evening, we found ourselves in the magical Paris the next morning.
I think it's been said a lot about this city, which I believe remains the only comparable in Rome regarding the number and quality of monuments and the vastness of the "old town" and undeniable charm.
What I can say that in 1992 Paris was a city of Rome and much cheaper, as I say, now. The Parisians, who have a reputation for being cold and unfriendly, were, for us, kind and hospitable hosts. . . I am referring to people known on the street in which you request information or otherwise. We ate mainly in the Brasserie, wonderful salads, mainly, but also meat and soup. We also Scarpinato like crazy, I could see a lot, too many smaller museums and everything, what impressed us most was the Orangerie, a small museum jewel containing the Oval Office, with paintings by Monet as large as the walls and the wonderful artist that has done so expressly as a gift for his country. But we, because we are not proud of being Italian and we do not have artists that make similar gifts to Italy? We should learn from the French, I think so for years now.
We saw, in addition to the usual Louvre, Musée D'Orsay and the Eiffel Tower. . . . . Army Museum with the Tomb of Napoleon, the Pantheon, the museum of the Middle Ages, the Picasso Museum, the city of Science and Technology (remained unsurpassed as a genre, for me), the Sainte Chapelle, prisons, many churches, the district of La Défense, the Centre Pompidou, Versailles and the castle of Vincennes. . . . . and so we walked until they are exhausted, the streets and parks.
Upon arrival, we bought a travel card to get into museums and also avoid the lines and public transport e. . . . 2 days after we had already reached the money spent! So, super cheap!
For us it was the city of love, but certainly a city that is easy to love, yes.
