Motorbike itinerary: tour of Corsica island, France

We have structured a train itinerary for the first week booking hotels through the internet and the ship as well. the second week and instead 'was a bit' more 'relax because we booked in agency (tour operators, the new gondola) a residence in Porto Vecchio. Traveling throughout the week we visited the north coast, west and then up to the inner court, and then make a stop at Ajaccio vs the sea and return to portovecchio. 1000/1300 budget approximately euro per person, including residences, hotels 2 / 3 star restaurants average 1 / 2 times a day and ship Moby. restaurants is saved from a menu 'of days even if water 4.5 euros and beer too! good wine roses 2 nights we'd had to go to court, and if none is found in Ajaccio bonifacio residence, the beaches nearby are very wild and uncrowded even in August. okay the trip, although the courses are not very nice and cozy!

 

Forlì, Bastia, St. Florent

We're leaving at 5 am from Forli. step of the wall, cold wall and bars still closed! begins to dawn and we're almost to Florence, then livorno .. ship as late as even the return! Arrival in Bastia, proceed for St. Florent where we booked through the website (hotels.com), double error not available for view! so at his expense sends us a heritage (2 km) and sleep in a hotel with his brand new wine bar at ground floor (hotel du Vignoble).

Corte, Venaco, Vizzavona, Ajaccio

left for Ajaccio, Corsica as the first time because we stop .. if not we will return to 'the traffic and saw nothing special to see .. better spend another day in the valley of restonica from gorges where there are trails and adventure parks in the forest. dbl 2 hours of high-risk mountain and rain arrive in Ajaccio. St. Florent, Calvi

about 90 km for a 2 hour road road hill with superb views over the turquoise sea .. decide to reach the beach saleccia, but the wrong path and pocketed a dirt road with rocks protruding short 5 kilometers later we give up and come back. a gentleman tells us then that the beach was far less and is only passable by car off the road. for saleccia was a sign just outside the center of St. Florent. after covering the entire north coast we arrive at Calvi. beautiful marina, a little 'style st. tropez, with the citadel, and behind the narrow streets full of quaint shops and restaurants open. We park our Caponord in between the tables of outdoor cafes because 'the hotel (Balanea) is located in the center. aperitif before dinner in a beautiful yacht and restaurant in the church square. octopus hotel booked with about 100 euros, breakfast a bit 'but little room and especially beautiful location! dinner with about 30 euros per head

Calvi, Porto

about 80 km of curves along the sea. wild landscape, red rocks, lush vegetation and the helmet comes the scent of eucalyptus trees. approximately 2 hours after arrival in port. vaita hotel booked through hotels.com per 2 nights 180 euros including breakfast. spent the afternoon on the beach of the harbor, and large round stones and big waves .. beautiful! are ready for the sunset to see the famous calanque of flat red rocks in the middle of the road overlooking the sea .. a show! aperitif in one isolated country cottage situated on the only terrace in the middle of calanque "les bleus roches". dinner in downtown flat

Porto, Cargese, Sagone, Vico, Marignana, Porto

about 90 km along the coast after breakfast we start vs. South. recrossed calanque with the light of day. the road and 'always tortuous and overlooking the sea, unnecessary detail the wonderful landscapes. stop for a while 'sunshine and a refreshing dip in our comfortable and uncrowded beach sagone. equipped for water sports, tourism seems only French or cmq course. ascigati we lose our clothes on the bike and we share vs vico flights to port along the Gorges de spelunca. narrow streets and a bit bumpy but full of animals and tranquility '. arrive in port, relax and ready for dinner tonight, we choose the restaurant most 'beautiful port "the maquis" x ota junction with the road with a panoramic terrace menu' exquisite, ate very well cost about 40 euros each.

Porto, Evisa, Calacuccia, Corte

Ajaccio, Petreto, Aullene, Zonza, Porto Vecchio

about 3 hours away horizontally across the island .. A walk in lunch break .. sleepy hamlet in the mountains .. ZONZA from the road starts to descend and come to portovecchio the " Residence Green Lake" where we stay a week. The bilo is very nice, the pool terrace with barbecue, near the port and the center and close to the shopping center "casino"

Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio
