My trip in Normandy passing at Mont Saint Michel. Northern France travel review

From Paris we left for Normandy. First stop, the city of Rouen with its wonderful cathedral.

The journey continues towards the landing beaches. Omaha Beach is a monument in memory of the fallen.
For Arromanche les Bains, there is a museum dedicated to the D-Day and you can see the sea the remains of the platform built to disembark.

Getting to Mont Saint Michel was really exciting, the abbey can be seen from afar. The next day we climbed on the rock in order to enjoy the full tides that characterizes this place ..... breath away.

The last stage, after having eaten the good oysters in Normandy, was the town of Fougeres, unknown to most people but really nice (fortified village with a splendid castle).
