Those who believe that knowing English, you can travel anywhere you wrong. I hate the French speak English!
As we chose a hotel in the Latin Quarter, which offers only breakfast, but they are near a subway stop, which is very important! It 'better to do the weekly ticket for travel by subway, visits Paris, very comfortable.
