The typical "Bouchons" are arranged on either side of the road. All more or less equivalent. Four of these belong to the same owner (melius quam Defic abunda). We ate at "Bouchon Lyonnais" the most suitable for the real cuisine lyonnaise. Last year we were "Au trois Cochons" no demerits.
