The island of beauty
after a week spent in Italy in June, I decided quickly to go and see Corsica, an island on which I have heard very conflicting opinions.
We organized the holiday in 2 parts, the first week in Bastia and Ajaccio in the second.
A Bastia we soggionrato the "Mediterranean residence, very cheap and nice, at Miomo 5 km from Bastia and then we shot across the north of Cap Corse to
Calvi. Are particularly remember the beaches of Cala Genovese, Nonza the Saleccia that reaches along 12 km of gravel road, Ostriconi and all the beautiful coastline of Ile Rousse
up to Calvi, with a sea to do that even envy Caribbean.
After nearly three hours drive from Bastia we moved in Ajaccio, capluogo region, a city very clean and tidy. Here we were in a private home with views of the "bloody Islands", the unique absolutely corsica to see.
Ajaccio around there are lots of little crowded beaches with beautiful sand. Who likes the council snorkling beach ficajola reached by a road through Piana somewhat 'dangerous ... but worth it!
Worth a visit to Boniface to see this town curiously built over the rock and enjoy the fragrance of which arrives by sea from the terrace overlooking it you can see the coast of Sardinia.
Porto Vecchio advise not to the beaches that are beautiful, but because it is too commercial and crowded with Italians.
