This was a nice trip shared with Manu who until then had never been out of Italy.
We spent very little (including the InterRail ticket of about 1,200,000 old lira).
Departed from Milan to Nice, we crossed the whole France to Britain and then across England and then wander around the magical Ireland. All this by using any means of transport (trains, ships and much hitchhiking) and sleep wherever he happened .. many times without even paying.

The afternoon of the first of August the brother of Manu has been with us in Central Station in Milan and saw the train to Paris needed a supplement we decide to enter France from Mentone so we take the first train to the French Riviera.
Leaving the station in Nice at around 22 we go with our backpacks to the beach where we spent the night in a romantic ceiling of stars.
The next morning at around 6 we got on the first train to Lyon, where we spent the whole day.
Deposited the baggage we visited both the low and the high part of the city and around 23 in the evening we returned to the station taking a night train to Paris.
It was the third time I visited this romantic city so after a shower in the station in the time elapsed between 7 am to 24 I did visit the Manu whole city! But all!
After taking another overnight train on which I remember I just could not close my eyes we were on the north-west of France. At Brest! Well the impact of this city was not at all positive so almost immediately we headed to Lorient where we found an unexpected but wonderful Celtic festival.
Both the hostels that campsites in Lorient by the largest Celtic festival in the world were all overflowing.
Fortunately we were doing austostop loaded from a very kind lady who took us to his house and with her husband and 2 sons making 1000 phone calls we found accommodation in a campground Kerroch at 20-25 km from Lorient.
One of his sons has also kindly accompanied us to the campsite.
Here we spent 2 nights in our tiny tendon. To reach Lorient there was a very comfortable bus but most times the way we used to hitchhike, cheaper and even faster! Festival Interceltique de Lorient is wonderful. There were artists who came from all over the world.
Away from the coast and ocean headed for England almost obligatory stop was the charming and enchanting Moint Saint Michel. We arranged the Auberge de Jeunesse in Pontorson which is located in rue de Normandie 19 to 35,610 - Pleine Fougeres. E 'was the first bed where we slept after more than a week, the only flaw that I had forgotten was the division between men and women ... so that the Manu in the dormitory and I in female than male.
Our trip after the visit of the abbey of Mont Saint-Michel and the surroundings of these places has continued in the direction of Rotterdam before returning to France to Calais, where we took a boat to Dover.

Continue with England ..
