A trip to Bavaria for the Hen party of Lauretten.. Nice days in Germany

So the journey that will tell you is the hen party organized by our friend who is getting married Lauretta in October ... the only range available for all days were these, 17 to 20 July. The goal has been studied a long time ... We chose the south of Bavaria for several reasons, the closeness, the beauty school and then the memories that bind us to this area ...
We booked the hotel in March, but we go in order.
Laura did not know the destination of the trip ... we have done everything to sviarla and I must say we were very brave, because she thought of going to Spain (we told her that the means of transportation would be the air) ... instead ... nisba.

 

First day

July 17
Departure at 20.00, take the highway and soon we arrived at the airport of Verona, she was all excited ... but ... instead of running straight viaaaa Lauretta says ... .. "But Francyyyy" and we all laughed ... so she realized that we did not go to Spain.
Let the Italian border and arrive in Austria ... it was already evening and unfortunately the wonderful landscapes around us had not seen ... Then we go beyond even the Austrian border and arrive in Germany ...
Our first stop is the town of Fussen, we arrived at two in the morning but there were no problems .. fortunately.

Second Day

July 18.
Europarkhotel International (www.europarkhotel.de), very nice hotel, big and clean. Spacious and well furnished, we spent a night with breakfast 116 Euro double and triple 131 euros.
Exhausted from the trip we went to sleep and wakes up at nine in the morning! First stop Castle Neusshwanstein booked from home (I recommend that you do because there are always endless rows), the castle is 9 euros each.
To get to see it you can choose different means of transport ... a walk, but it takes 40 minutes by bus or by horse drawn carriage ... we chose the latter means the sum of 5 euros each.
Arriving at the castle we waited our turn for the visit, there is a number on the ticket and when it appears on the display is your turn.
The visit of the castle takes about 30 minutes and the entry will deliver the portable mini-guides in Italian. Unfortunately not everything can be visited but is very interesting.
We could see the other castle of Hohenschwangau but we opted for another castle (which we had already seen on a school trip) the Linderhof nearby.
Even this very beautiful and gorgeous, it costs 35 euros for five people. To visit there is not only the residents but also all over the park that surrounds it, unfortunately it was raining and we could not see it all ...
Finished we went to visit the city of Pocking Starnberger Lake.
Hotel Villa Kefer (www.hotel-kefer.de) nice and polite staff at a cost of 96 euros for a double room and 114 for triple room, including breakfast buffet (which can also be done outdoors).

Third Day

July 19
Up at nine, breakfast and it's off to visit the lake Starnberger, fortunately finding parking just across the lake, is a stroll in the city (very cute) and then, you walk along the pier where boats depart. The ticket is on board and costs 8 euros apiece. The tour lasts about an hour ago and 3 stages. You see other residences of Ludwig and a stunning landscape! Unfortunately, the captain explained in German and we have not understood un'h ... but no matter!
After declining from the ship go for a drive along the lakefront and we relax a bit and then return the car and headed for Monaco di Baviera!
The landscapes are very beautiful, green and pristine! Not believe.
Once in Monaco discover that it's all closed for the birthday party of the City .. takes 850 years ... and is a great celebration! A lot of people, music, food, folklore ...
We find parking near the hotel ... to us historical hotel Modern Hotel, the same hotel for the trip class year 1999 ... If you go I'll advise against Monaco because it is not very clean (we we're just a night and that's fine ... but if you stay there more .... I would say no).
There are still a lot of fun recalling the trip made with the school.
In the evening we went for a ride to the festival and beer ... beer ... beer sausage and sauerkraut at will.

Last Day... Gosh!

July 20
Last day, always wake up at nine o'clock and we start to explore the city of Monaco.
Walking tour recommended by the legendary Lonely Planet. Marienplatz where we saw the town hall and fortunately there were 11.00 so we enjoyed the music box in operation.
The tour lasts 2 hours and touch the most important monuments of the city.
Unfortunately it's time to go ... we start from Monaco at 14 and 20 we get home.
Go in Bavaria is really nice because there are landscapes untouched, green it's like entering a picture.
