for the Feast of the Immaculate decide to visit our friends Ania & Gianmarco.
four days in the beautiful Weihnachtsmarkt (Christmas market) to wander the stalls,
to spin on rides (Matthew) but especially enjoy dishes fenomelani to say the least!

here is the food (in the exact order of tasting):

Reibekuchen (potato pancakes with applesauce)
Spießbraten im Brötchen (or pork shoulder with focaccia bread)
Im Brötchen Bratwurst (sausage with bread or cake accompanied by mustard)
Feuerzangenbowle (traditional alcoholic beverage, often prepared during Christmas and
for the New Year)
Crepes with Nutella and Wafer (just typical but tasty too)
Pommes (the legendary French fries)
Gluehwein (similar to hot mulled wine served in earthen cups)
Schnitzel mit Pommes (slices of pork breaded and fried with potatoes sauté)
Fleischpfanne (the famous pan of Heidelberg)
Germknodel (white ball of risen bread dough with vanilla sauce, nothing more)
Doner Kebab (the dish first with the sandwich the second time Lokanta Hasso'm official supplier of A & G)
