Athens and Evia Island.
First day, arrive 12 hours, we visit Syntagma Square, with the parliament buildings and the monument to the Unknown Soldier, the Acropolis, the Plaka.
We are in a nice close to the Piazza Omonoia: even if we rented a car at the airport we are operating very well in metro. One problem: Alitalia lost our luggage.
The second day arriving luggage. We decide to make a trip to Corinth (just over an hour's drive on Highway comoda): cross the strait on a boat tour. In the afternoon we return to Athens and visit the Olympic stadium and the Licabetto Piraeus.
The third day is dedicated to children: we go at the Playmobil playground where we naturally spend. After 3-4 hours of fun for the trip back ERETRIA on the island of Evia.
The island can be reached even without the ferry, lengthening the distance of forty miles through the beautiful bridge that connects the mainland to Calchidia.
For ERETRIA we stayed for a week at the PALMARIVA HOTEL (ALPITOUR): beautiful hotel, excellent sports facilities, good food, bad animation. The hotel is frequented by groups, Italians and French of a certain age where this little animation was adapted to this type of guests.
Opportunity to make excursions to Athens (little more than 1 hour), a Marathon, a DELFI and Meteor (almost 4 hours).
