Leaving for Skopelos

For economic reasons we decided to reach the Sporades by ship.
Warn against this type of travel to those who are impatient to get there soon!
There we have about two days!
Departure by train from Ancona to Reggio Emilia where we took a ship (Minoan Lines) Patras for.
Arrived the next day to the 12 we took a bus to Athens (the frequency of the bus to Athens is really good!) From where we took another bus to Agios Konstantinos (a port where there are daily ferries to sporadic).
Here we stayed and awaited boarding dell'aliscafo the next morning!
An odyssey!
But it was worth it!

Week in Skopelos

I was incredibly impressed by the island green, entirely covered by forests of pine, which contrasts with the deep blue of the sea.
Beaches predominantly gravel or coarse sand, sea-colored waters.
The island was not crowded at all so wherever you can 'cut your space in order to spread peace!
The beach is definitely better Panormos with its sand-gravel and taverns on the road from where comes the perfume of grilled fish!
Before coming to Panormos Skopelos City is down to another beach where exceptional pero 'I do not remember the name ..
A Star accommodation to Skopelos studios that are located on a hill overlooking Skopelos City.
Beautiful clean and welcoming. Hostess reliable and available.
Summing up is worth the trouble to make a quick trip to Skopelos whether planned to go to the Sporades.

Skiathos

Skiathos reach with the hydrofoil.
The connections between the Sporades are fairly frequent (www.dolphins.gr)
Know before you leave with a reputation for incasinata island famous for its nightlife.
In fact there is movement for those who want to enjoy the evening, we are equipped beaches crowded and trendy.
To my great surprise pero ', as often happens in Greece, just leave the beaten track of mass tourism and behold enchanting little crowded corners where you can' relax in peace!
Often, the beaches, also here for the most 'of gravel, can be reached only after tortuous paths in the midst of the brambles.
But their efforts are rewarded with solitary places where it is difficult not to find other people.
Recommend the tour around the island stopping at the beach in Lalaria. Can 'be reached only by sea but is really a piece of paradise.

Alonissos

The real gem of a holiday!
Mountainous island rich in vegetation and rocky beaches with clear water ...
Really quiet with little crowd for those who want to relax away from the crowds.
Recommend a boat trip to the nearby marine park that includes several uninhabited islands, during which we had also a pleasant encounter with a pair of dolphins that have accompanied us for at least 15 minutes!
Beware of scooters can 'become a problem to find available in high season especially if you are a lot.
If you fancy a good grilled fresh fish and you are Patitiri go to a restaurant that is located on the far right of the waterfront (looking at the sea): and 'a "good" but with a perfect service and good fresh fish and cheap!
If you love Greece, I recommend that you make a jump to Alonissos!
