Beautiful and a little chaotic, and 'yet to be truly discovered. Beautiful wilderness area diKefalos, south of the island. While the focus of the nightlife takes place in Kos Town.
Beaches to visit: Kefalos, polemica beach, Paradise Beach, Beach Kamel, St. Theologos, Agios Fokas (after Psalidi) and Tigaki Beach.
Villages characteristic: Zia and Pily
Historians found the Venetian fortress of Antimahia the Platano of Hippocrates in Kos Town and The Asclepion (the old hospital founded by Hippocrates)
