EIRE came in from Northern Ireland with my Fiat Tipo (see Tour UNITED KINGDOM) across the border to Dundalk, where I slept in an elegant B & B. The next morning to visit Monasterbouce and Mellifont abbey to see dilapidated monasteries and Celtic crosses. Drogheda Baipassando afternoon in Dublin to see the major sights: the gardens of Trinity College, the Cathedral of St. Patrick, Leinster House and the post office from where it started the revolt against the British. Personally, the capital of the I was not fascinated, some neighborhoods I've found neglected and admit that he had seen the famous pub just outside. The next morning I crossed the interior of Lake Corrib to the south of the wilderness of Connemara, an area of peat bogs in which I was not filming for the abrupt intervention of one of the collectors. Galway Baipassando I crossed the desolate The Burren to reach the spectacular Cliffs of Moher, high cliffs that overlook the Atlantic to the precipice. To observe them from above you must cling to ropes because the wind blows strong. Transfer to Dingle on the peninsula where I slept in a nice B & B. As in the whole island even here the weather can change often and suddenly you pass by the sun to heavy rain. The people there used safely and walk on the street is that it is pouring rain outside a pale sun. Awakening the next morning with plenty of rain, stop in Dunquin at the easternmost peninsula of Dingle then onward journey through southern Tralee and Cork and reached the port of Rosslare from where I took the ferry to Great Britain (Pembroke ).
During this tour, I visited a site peistorico under a burial place, I think a sepulchral room, but I do not remember where and when. More Cities conference that I liked the landscape along, plains and low hills, green pastures and bogs.
Do not miss: Cliffs of Moher and the landscape.
