Last year, a few days before Christmas, I went to Ivrea in the day to look for a gift. The snow had fallen across the Piedmont to the day before, leaving room for a beautiful sunny day. The roads were icy and even a walk in the old town is risking some slip.
The atmosphere was magical and beautiful.
