Molveno (890m), Andalo (1040m), Doss Pela (1776m), Passo di S. Giacomo (1963m); Covelo Hut (1824m)

NOTE: path recommended by our hotel because of its particular view on the Brenta group. Andalo we go with the local bus (pay close attention to tables and hours) and from there take the cable car one way Andalo / Doss Pela (above sea level from 1040 to 1776). tract Doss ela / Passo S. James (route 610; 1:45;? Km, altitude difference 183) is really very charming and has a very reminiscent of the unusual vegetation tundra. with the approach of
Pass S. James the weather turns cloudy and uncertain little reassuring start to obscure the sun. walk for some time but also try to increase the pace because the weather is becoming more threatening. we arrive at the Pass of St. Giacomo (1963m) and without hesitation we head towards the passage of S. John. the first thunder make us realize that shortly we will be under the most classic of summer showers, but unfortunately we do not see no where to wait in protected
security. now the water is close, we feel the first drops fall. feelings of guilt about our recklessness, on the lack of equipment, knowing that if there is sun the day before does not mean that there will be the next day, they start
undermine the clarity of mind when we see a nearby hut inhabited (there are off-road parking). now it's raining, not pouring rain but when we reach the door and ask for lodging. Farms in Covelo (1824m) greets us with
smile a cowherd Indian Punjab. Is surprised at the story of what we have done and what we must do to get back to the hotel. Perhaps this is why we are comforted that in the short dell'acquazzone has started to let off steam. we are talking while TEO dines with the few things we got for him. CAT and I refer the dinner given the marked shelter near Doss Pelà proved sadly closed. when a half-lightened appears in the clouds take up the path towards the Passo di S. Givanni.
P Pass S. John (1674m); Molveno (890m)
Time seems to gradually improve potato but we believe it is better not tempting fate a second time. Step by S. John begins to descend toward finally Molveno (path 612; 1:45;? Km, altitude difference 784). 784 meters down a steep path and at times covered with vegetation do not help to alleviate the fatigue that we have legs. but now we walk out of inertia and also the 612 is eventually swallowed tested under our boots.
