A trip to Pantelleria: between Zibibbo and Passito wines

In a small plot of land, there is a little bit of everything, faults and caves, hot springs and Favare, plateaus and volcanic lakes. The island is varied but mainly fine. A beauty which will win just because of these dark rocks that lie within the green vegetation due to the wind remains low, the buildings still dot the landscape discrete without distorting it, characterized by whitewashed domes: the dammusi. To discover a beautiful island, an island where the sea floor is preferred, where the perimeter road passes generally high and far from the coast.
Salto della Vecchia: an unforgettable, a cliff 300 meters high. which nest on the many varieties of seabirds.
Stops along the beach: the Lake of wavelets, the hot springs of Cala Gadir, Cala Tramontana and Cala Levante the Faraglione.

Balata dei Turchi is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt island of Pantelleria. This is a great, polished slab of lava rock that slopes to the sea, surrounded by towering cliffs overlooking.

Lake Mirror of Venus: volcanic basin of incredible colors and powered in part by hot springs that flow from the sandy shores.
