A visit to the Exilles Fort. Trip to the province of Turin, Piedmont

Exilles know much about France but is in the province of Turin was once French ....... ..... here 'there is a loud scream, huge, huge, famous and visited. Easy to find and well signposted on the main road connecting Susa to Oulx, not far from the Monginevro and all immersed in the verdant valley Susa in Turin ...
The fort is already visible 'from meters away from the road, you park yourself in the strong, free and on foot climb to the entrance of the fort. Construction baffled by its majesty, grandeur unsurpassed ..... stands out in its full height, complexity, fortress atop the mountain, top masters of the valley.
Entrance with 6 euros per person you enter, you have access to almost any strong, museum exhibition rooms, shop, and 2 guided tours that leave every 30 minutes from the main courtyard which is that the rider, one from the attic and one of underground (one chosen by us).
In the current phase of restoration. the fort is well maintained and a bit 'complex in its features, angular, detail. First with the defense turned real Italy (in his French period), now with the defense turned to France since he became Italian ....

I'm not crazy about the historical sites dedicated to war ..... but I must say that the visit is interesting and attractive, you form a group large enough (this is not too beneficial), then left for the visit.
Ours was at 12:30, now full of lunch ........ at the output from the fort to 14:00 we no longer have 'found a restaurant that gave us food ......( have their schedules in the high mountains ....)
We leave for the visit of the underground, the guide is a young boy, the boy said when the voice guidance is silent ..... Indeed in some places the visit is explained by an audio guide that is heard during the observation of a particular place.
The visit is interesting, good for those who drools over talk of war stories and ...
At the end, after seeing prisons, stables, gardens, gunboats, etc. .... returns to the courtyard of the knight, where some exhibit space dedicated to the mountain site gives a good idea of the mountain passes, the valley of yesteryear.

at 14:00 we go down the steep hill manor and hungry, with assets over 50 photos in'..... go in search of a restaurant that ... we will never find.
The construction is complex but spartan, mostly visiting by yourself in freedom and attractive environment. Case restoration areas were inaccessible or impossible to photograph.
