It 'been a little holiday fun!
We started Saturday morning with calm and we reached our first stop, Serravalle di Norcia, around 11.30. The country is not anything special but we are here for one reason: rafting!
We booked through the internet for one and then have time for lunch and rest.

The time of the descent I was a bit 'scared but was rather a lot of fun! We have provided all the equipment (wetsuit, shoes, life jacket, etc.) and accompanied by two experts we walked 7 kilometers of the river Horn! Is there any fast and jump a little to do but is not at all dangerous and the water is crystal clear. We spent about an 'hour and a half for the entire route, but we did not stop for a swim because it was not very hot. the cost is 36 euro per person, but I think there is!

Together we headed Arquata del Tronto, passing though the scenic route that crosses the plain of Castelluccio, which we liked a lot.
The Bed and Breakfast where we stayed in is located in the village Trisungo, a really small town.

Outwardly he had not made a good impression but instead the interior is very comfortable and the breakfast very varied, the cost is 25 euro per person per night.
For dinner there are many places (for Arquata del Tronto there is not even a restaurant! A Trisungo there is a pizzeria), however, we managed.

E 'was rather difficult to find a place to buy a sandwich on a Sunday morning! At the end we went up to Castelluccio di Norcia. It 's a country much more tourists, but also more comfortable, we bought cold cuts, cheese and lentils to take home.
It's already 11:30 when we walk the path that the Forca di Presta and get to the top of Mount Vettore. Throw a strong wind and the mountains you can see the snow! We were not prepared for anything at these temperatures, so even if more clothes as possible, we are very cold and after about an hour's walk we decided to go back. While we have made only a small part of the scenery was very beautiful.
