A few days away from the heat of the wonderful Red Sea, ascend the glacier in Val Senales. Coming from the highway towards Bolzano-Merano Reschenpass approx. 400 m after the tunnel Naturno turn right to Val Senales. Past Lake Vernago you reach Kurzras, location downstream of the glacier and already more than 2000 meters above sea level. Then climbing at high altitude is reached by cable car in the world of the Val Senales Glacier (3212m), near the site of discovery of Ötzi, the Iceman. The view is indescribable, it also bears the low temperature.
