Brief trip to the city of Lucca and the village of Collodi in Tuscany region, Italy

(Distance 381 km from home). Another stage of our summer Tuscany: Lucca and Collodi destination. Both beautiful places with pleasant memories of the bike ride especially on the walls of Lucca. In addition to spectacular Giunigi tower on top of which is placed a centenary tree that makes it unique, and the tower where dell'orolgio during the climb you can see the clock mechanism which gives its name to the tower, the square of the amphitheater very special for its closed form an amphitheater. Collodi is a lovely place to visit especially if you're in the company of children can relive the story of Pinocchio reproduced in a park with statues and environments typical of the tale. Also opposite the park of Pinocchio is definitely worth a visit the historic garden Garzoni. Good trip.
