Day in the Itria valley area.
Locorotondo and Martina Franca are two completely different realities: one is famous for its beautiful old town houses all white, the other for the Baroque.
Castellana is a town of caves. The square houses Rings bars and restaurants not bad. Segnalo THE WHITE CAVE where you eat a good pizza (at least until I was there) and the next bar that offers excellent wonderful croissants and cappuccino. The caves, needless to say, are spectacular but I did not have photos sorry!
The photo you refer to the nice trade fair held in late July each year in front of the caves. One way to see the warm caves in the area a little usual time (the fair is held until late in the evening and then you can visit the caves by night)
