The August holiday is a typically Italian festivity, which is absent in other European countries, and falls on August 15. Traditionally dedicated to long trips, is often characterized by lavish lunches and, given the seasonal heat, by refreshing baths in sea water, river or lake. Widespread also the exodus to the hills or mountain resorts in search of refreshment (source: wikipedia).
For this August holiday we decided to follow "the exodus to a hillside village" Umbria: Villa Country House Poggiolo (PG). For the first time traveling with his grandparents, the grandparents for the first time traveling with his nephew (except for some hiking on Sundays), then we all have the opportunity to live a long weekend of relaxation and good food.
