The Riviera del Corallo ... stretch of coast between Alghero and Bosa.

Organizing this trip I have made use of the information on this site
www.Alghero-Bosa.com

Our trip to visit the beaches of the Riviera del Corallo starts from Alabe. We are just outside the territory of the town of Bosa but the beach still worth a visit if only because there is a path that leads to the beautiful Tower Columbargia. Left Alabe through the territory of the municipality of Magomadas and the first beach you come to is that of Turas with its characteristic dark sand. Few kilometers and we reach Bosa with its long beach known as Bosa Marina whose shoulders we find the mouth of the river Temo. The beach connects the mainland to the Island Red note on which it stands one of the many fortified towers that are scattered all along the coast of Sardinia. Leaving from Bosa to Alghero in the direction we immediately meet the town S'Abba Drucche (in Sardinian means "sweet water") with its three beautiful bays are easily accessible on foot. Following the beautiful Cala Cumpoltittu which is reachable on foot in 15 minutes through a steep path that descends quickly toward the sea, or directly by sea. Another few miles away, after the village known as Torre Argentina, much loved by campers, is the Cala Managua. This set (the beach is pebbly) can be reached by land only if it is equipped with a powerful SUV. At this point we enter the stretch of coast that falls within the township of Villanova Monteleone characterized by long cliffs and therefore counts as only one from that of hope in places Poglina.
Beyond even the beach of La Speranza, one encounters the famous Cala Burantinu that you should always reach by sea. At this point we reach the town of Alghero characterized by the presence of several creeks such Calabona, Las Tronas. The main beach of the city is still the Lido di San Giovanni, a long strip of fine sand silver. If you take the road from Alghero to fertile then meets the beach of Maria Pia pinewood with the rear. Then there the resort of Punta Negra, and especially those of Le Bombarde and Lazzaretto near which rises another watchtower that characterizes the view that you can enjoy lying by sitting on a golden sand. Continuing north we enter the bay of Porto Conte, whose main beaches are those of Maristella / Porto Conte and Mugoni than that hauls Tramariglio, mortar and Dragunara. Then, after passing Cape Caccia in the urine Cala d'Inferno, Cala Barca Cala Puntette and (all and only reachable only by sea). The stages are, finally, the beautiful Cala di Torre del marina and the beach of Porto Ferro particularly popular with surfers.
