Until last year was held only in Rome but this year has expanded its horizons in Bologna and Bari
It 'a marathon than a competitive aspect (of few) and convivial (of many) attempts to raise awareness among women and those around him to carry out prevention and at the same time to fund research simply by participating in a day in open.
The event is organized as follows:
Friday and Saturday, the village is open preventing the Baths of Caracalla, where in addition to enroll and pick up race package (T-shirt, bib and some gadgets) can perform an assessment of breast (visit, ultrasound and mammography). To access the service that you must book well in advance at Komen Italy.
Sunday is the day the main;
in the area dedicated to women in pink (women who have undergone breast surgery) is organized a special breakfast .... because these are these women!
At 10 am part of the marathon and 5km competitive, and a walk of 2 km.
This year the walk was held in the beautiful scenery of ancient Rome "Circus Maximus".
Around 12 am ceremony in the stadium of the Baths of Caracalla !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
