This week in Vigo di Fassa for CAT & DVD takes a deep meaning that goes beyond mere trip to the resort overlooking the splendid panorama of the Dolomites. Teo is with us! At the end of winter, like the flower that precedes the spring, was born the eldest son and our little Matthew. Behind us the ski area in the Rosengarten in delineating the border with Alto Adige. Also interesting is the cultural and historical part of the country, are in fact traces of the Val di Fassa Ladin architecture still visible in the villages of San Giovanni and Tamion.
Not to be missed in the Vigo grappeteca "cian dala Sgnapa" where we bought a sweet liquor of the flowers. In the "Cyane" the friendly and knowledgeable owner / producer told us how her grappeteca represents an attempt to recover the tradition thirty prepare liquor for every occasion.
